You will manage company formations, renewals, amendments, and visa processes with accuracy, coordinating across portals and service centers while maintaining compliance with UAE regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience handling UAE government transactions and procedures.
• Strong knowledge of Mainland and Free Zone licensing, renewals, and amendments.
• Practical experience with UAE government portals and service centers.
• Understanding of regulations related to companies, employment, work permits and visas.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage company formation, trade license renewals, and license amendments.
• Handle establishment-related procedures, visa and immigration applications, and other government transactions.
• Maintain strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills to ensure timely approvals.
