Job summary

Confidential is seeking a seasoned Public Relations Officer (PRO) to serve as the main liaison with government authorities and regulatory bodies in the UAE. The role ensures timely and compliant management of corporate, legal, and administrative requirements, including licensing, registrations, and notary processes.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in PRO, Government Relations, or similar role in UAE.
• Experience managing trade licenses, corporate registrations, regulatory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of UAE government entities and online portals (DED, TAMM, MOFA, Abu Dhabi Municipality, ICP, Abu Dhabi Judicial Department).

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain corporate licenses, registrations, permits, and regulatory documentation.
• Liaise with government entities to process approvals, certifications, registrations, and official transactions.
• Coordinate notarization, attestation, legalization, powers of attorney, and contract-related formalities with authorities.
• Process renewals, amendments, cancellations, and updates of licenses and corporate records for compliance.
• Engage and coordinate with external legal service providers and vendors.
• Build relationships with key government departments (DED, Abu Dhabi Municipality, MOFA, etc.).
• Monitor regulatory developments and advise on potential impacts.
• Provide guidance on government procedures and compliance to internal teams.
• Represent the organization before government authorities as needed.
