Job summary

Our Dubai client is seeking an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage government relations, immigration, labour, visa and employee documentation across a diversified group of companies in Dubai.

The PRO will support a workforce of about 400 employees and work closely with Group HR & Admin to ensure visas, Emirates IDs, medicals and related paperwork are processed accurately and on time.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of UAE PRO / Government Relations experience.
• Strong hands-on experience managing employment visas, work permits, Emirates IDs, medicals, labour documentation and visa cancellations.
• Practical working knowledge of MOHRE and GDRFA processes and platforms.
• Experience supporting a sizeable workforce including blue-collar or site-based employees.
• Strong document-control and confidentiality skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day PRO and government relations across UAE entities.
• Process visas, renewals, cancellations and related immigration requirements.
• Coordinate work permits, labour approvals and other employment documentation.
• Handle Emirates IDs, medicals and onboarding/offboarding documentation.
• Liaise with MOHRE, GDRFA and authorities; ensure compliance and timely submissions.
