Job summary

Planning Engineer in Dubai is sought to take ownership of project schedules, track progress, identify delays early and support the team with practical recovery plans. Strong Primavera P6 or MS Project skills are mandatory and 3–5 years UAE experience is preferred.

Responsibilities include baseline schedules, WBS, milestones, forecasts, and master schedule integration, with weekly/monthly progress reports and EOT support.

Qualifications

• Solid UAE construction experience
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project
• Owns project schedules and recovery plans
• Civil Engineering background preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare baseline schedules, WBS, milestones, manpower and equipment forecasts, and compare actual progress against planned schedules
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards and S-curves
• Perform schedule variance analysis and delay identification/recovery planning
• Review subcontractor schedules and integrate master schedule
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement and subcontractors, and maintain planning documentation and reporting
