Job summary

Client of Dolphin Manpower in the UAE seeks a Planning Engineer with 2–4 years of experience to develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project. You will monitor progress, analyze performance, and coordinate with PMs, site engineers, and subcontractors.

Candidates should have strong planning skills, budget awareness, and the ability to identify delays and propose corrective actions to ensure timely project completion.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in project planning.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Experience in budget analysis and scheduling control.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules and work plans.
• Monitor project progress against approved schedules and milestones.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors.
• Identify project delays and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Track manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.
• Analyze project performance and ensure timely completion.
• Attend project progress meetings and provide schedule updates.
• Maintain proper planning records and project documentation.
