Qualifications

• Extensive planning and project controls experience on major infrastructure developments.
• Strong exposure to utilities, roads, landscaping, structures and interconnected packages.
• Gulf-region project experience strongly preferred.
• Advanced practical capability with Primavera P6.
• Proven experience reviewing baseline schedules and contractor progress updates.

Responsibilities

• Review contractor baseline schedules and provide recommendations per contract and planning practices.
• Assess resources for compatibility with scheduled completion requirements.
• Develop and maintain an integrated master schedule across packages.
• Map dependencies between roads, utilities, landscaping, structures and works.
• Evaluate contractor schedule updates and verify reporting accuracy.
• Analyze schedule performance for delays, slippage and risks.
• Recommend mitigation measures and corrective actions for delays.
• Perform what-if schedule analysis for time consequences of changes.
• Prepare periodic progress reports with forecasts and recommendations.
• Develop management presentations showing progress against milestones.
