Job summary

Client of Gulf Workforce seeks a Planning Engineer in Dubai with 3–4 years of experience. Must have strong proficiency in Primavera P6 for baseline scheduling, progress tracking, and delay analysis. Experience with MEP and interior fit-out projects is highly desirable. UAE construction industry exposure is preferred.

The candidate will work on project controls, reporting, and coordination to support on-site planning activities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience as a Planning Engineer.
• Strong understanding of project planning scheduling and project controls.
• Experience in baseline schedule preparation and progress monitoring.
• Ability to prepare recovery plans and delay analysis reports.
• Excellent analytical reporting and coordination skills.
• UAE construction industry experience preferred.
• MEP and Interior Fit-Out project experience preferred.
