Job summary

MEGARME is seeking an experienced Payroll Accountant to join our Finance team in Dubai. You will oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensure accuracy of attendance, timesheets and deductions, and maintain payroll records for management reporting.

Responsibilities include calculating leave salary and end-of-service benefits, reconciling payroll accounts, and ensuring UAE labour compliance. Prior experience with Zoho or similar systems is preferred, with GCC payroll experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Experience with end-to-end payroll processing.
• Knowledge of UAE payroll, WPS and labour regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing and reconciliation.
• Verify attendance, timesheets, allowances and deductions.
• Calculate leave salary and end-of-service benefits.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and prepare management reports.
• Reconcile payroll-related accounts.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance for timely salary processing.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour regulations and company policies.
• Support payroll audits and strengthen internal controls.
