Job summary

MADI International is seeking a Payroll Officer to join our HR team. You will manage end-to-end payroll operations across GCC countries, ensure accuracy and compliance, and administer HRMS and attendance/leave processes.

This remote-based role requires weekly visits to the Dubai office for coordination. Responsibilities include payroll processing, adjustments, settlements, records management, and responding to employee payroll queries, while ensuring adherence to UAE labor laws and statutory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in payroll processing, HRMS administration, and HR operations.
• Hands-on experience managing payroll across GCC countries.
• Good knowledge of UAE labor law and payroll compliance.
• Experience using HRMS and payroll systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll reporting.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and numerical accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll operations across GCC countries.
• Verify attendance, overtime, leaves, allowances, deductions and payroll components.
• Handle payroll adjustments, final settlements, leave encashment and end-of-service calculations.
• Maintain employee records and payroll configurations in the HRMS.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, salary revisions and data changes.
• Ensure payroll compliance with UAE labor laws and statutory requirements.
• Administer employee health insurance and payroll-related documentation.
• Prepare payroll reports and support reconciliations.
