Job summary

Al Faris Group in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced payroll professional to manage monthly payroll, attendance, leaves, and end-of-service calculations. You will ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely payments within UAE law.

The ideal candidate has 5–6 years of payroll experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with WPS and HRMS/ERP systems. This role requires close coordination with HR, Finance, and Accounts teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR is required.
• 5–6 years of payroll processing, leave and time/attendance management experience.
• Practical knowledge of UAE payroll practices, WPS and Labour Law.
• Experience payroll for a large and diverse workforce is preferred.
• Advanced MS Excel and payroll reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Verify attendance, overtime, leave, and timesheets.
• Calculate salaries, allowances, deductions and payroll components.
• Prepare payroll reports and coordinate WPS salary payments.
