Job summary

Tetris Advisory Hub in Dubai is seeking an HR & Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll and HR compliance in the UAE. You will ensure accurate salaries, allowances, deductions, and end-of-service benefits are processed on time while maintaining meticulous employee records.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of HR experience, strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, WPS experience, and proficiency with HR systems and MS Excel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience with payroll and UAE regulations.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and UAE-wide payroll practices.
• Experience with WPS and payroll processing.
• Proficient in MS Excel and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll including salaries, allowances, deductions, and end-of-service benefits.
• Maintain accurate employee records and onboarding/offboarding documentation.
• Ensure HR practices comply with UAE regulations and assist with HR reporting.
• Support employee relations and respond to payroll/benefits queries.
