Job summary

Al Marwan Group Holding, based in Sharjah, seeks a Payroll Accountant to join the Accounts Department. You will ensure accurate, timely payroll processing with strict confidentiality and adherence to UAE Labour Law and pension regulations.

You will handle overtime, deductions, leaves, settlements, reconciliations, and related reporting, while supporting HR and Finance, and addressing employee inquiries in a professional manner.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of UAE payroll experience within the UAE in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Proficient in Excel and payroll software; strong regulatory knowledge.
• Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and pension fund regulations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and within established deadlines.
• Calculate overtime, deductions, pensions, leave encashments, and final settlements.
• Ensure payroll compliance with UAE laws and internal policies.
• Maintain payroll records and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance for data accuracy and reporting.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries and assist auditors as needed.
