Job summary

Teachmint seeks an experienced Operations Manager based in Dubai to own end-to-end regional operations, from shipment coordination through Jebel Ali port to service delivery via the ASP network. Lead inventory, customs, and office operations while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, and Marketing to scale the Middle East business and improve efficiency. Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.
• MBA or related Post Graduate degree preferred for advancement.
• 3–5 years hands-on experience in Operations or Supply Chain.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end regional operations from shipment to delivery.
• Coordinate customs clearance, warehousing and inventory management.
• Drive cost control and process improvements across the Dubai entity.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal and Marketing for smooth execution.
