Job summary

RecruitMe Plus in Dubai seeks an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch, while ensuring inventory accuracy, safety and space efficiency.

The role requires 5–8 years in warehouse management or logistics, with strong knowledge of WMS and Excel, plus leadership and communication skills to coordinate with Finance, Sales, Marketing, HR and Logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management and logistics processes.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related software.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with experience developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, returns, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Monitor inventory levels to support customer demand while minimizing stockouts and unnecessary carrying costs.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of household products.
• Plan and supervise receiving, unloading, picking, packing and dispatch activities.
• Manage warehouse staff welfare, including accommodation-related matters where applicable.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and manage transportation providers.
• Ensure timely delivery to local retail customers, with a target lead time of up to 48 hours.
• Optimize warehouse layout and workflow to reduce handling and transportation costs.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards.
• Oversee vehicle fleet maintenance activities.
• Ensure customs-related orders are accurately picked and dispatched within agreed timelines.
• Recruit, train, supervise and develop warehouse employees.
• Allocate responsibilities and monitor individual and team performance.
• Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Coach team members and support their professional development.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and warehouse equipment.
