Job summary

Teachmint Dubai is seeking an experienced supply chain and operations professional to own end-to-end shipment, inventory and vendor operations in the Middle East.

You will coordinate orders, imports, customs, documentation and regional onboarding with cross-functional teams, ensuring efficiency, compliance and cost optimisation.

The role requires strong data analytics, ERP/OMS experience, and excellent English communication to partner with Sales, Finance, Legal and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related discipline (An MBA / Post Graduate Degree in Operations or Supply Chain is preferred).
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Operations, Order Management, Supply Chain Operations, or Field Operations Delivery.
• Experience in EdTech, Consumer Durables, IT Hardware Distribution, or Tech-enabled Logistics is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end shipment coordination from supplier to Jebel Ali including documentation, freight coordination, customs clearance and import processes.
• Own operational execution from confirmed order to final delivery, coordinating stock allocation, dispatch and partner requirements.
• Manage inventory availability, warehouse operations, stock movement, replenishment and periodic stock audits.
• Monitor warehouse and logistics costs and identify opportunities for efficiency and cost optimisation.
• Coordinate product certifications, regulatory approvals and compliance requirements.
• Manage operational and administrative requirements related to Teachmint's Dubai entity and office.
• Develop and maintain SOPs across supply chain, fulfilment, inventory, service and vendor operations.
• Maintain accurate operational data and reporting covering inventory, shipments, orders, deliveries and key metrics.
• Work closely with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, Marketing and Customer Support to scale Middle East operations.

Education & Experience Requirements

• Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related discipline (An MBA / Post Graduate Degree in Operations or Supply Chain is preferred).
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Operations, Order Management, Supply Chain Operations, or Field Operations Delivery.
• Industry Background: Experience in EdTech, Consumer Durables, IT Hardware Distribution, or Tech-enabled Logistics is highly desirable.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Analytical & Data-Driven: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, data modeling, reporting) with the ability to draw insights from complex operational datasets.
• Systems Familiarity: Working knowledge of ERPs, Order Management Systems (OMS), or CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Zoho).
• Vendor & Partner Management: Proven ability to onboard, negotiate, and enforce SLAs with external logistics and service partners.
• Execution & Ownership: High attention to detail with a track record of driving cross-functional projects under strict timelines.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and regional languages to interact effectively with internal leadership and external clients/vendors.
