Job summary

TALENT ONE EMPLOYMENT SERVICES is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Lead in Dubai to manage end-to-end supply chain activities and drive cross-functional coordination across planning, procurement, warehousing, and logistics.

The role focuses on achieving operational excellence, monitoring KPIs, and supporting strategic initiatives such as SAP implementations and network optimization while ensuring GMP, GDP, EHS compliance and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
7–10 years of experience in supply chain operations, preferably in pharmaceutical or FMCG.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
SAP/ERP experience preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities including Power BI, Excel, and Microsoft tools.

Responsibilities

Lead daily supply chain operations and ensure smooth cross-functional coordination.
Drive operational excellence across planning, procurement, warehousing, and logistics.
Monitor supply chain KPIs including OTIF, inventory accuracy, service levels, forecast accuracy, and cost optimization.
Support strategic initiatives including new product launches, SAP implementation, and network optimization.
Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, EHS, and regulatory requirements.
