Job summary

Capital.com is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead Dubai operations, working with the Global Head of Operations to implement a unified strategy and liaise with regulators. You will build and mentor the Dubai team, coordinate with global functions, and drive AI-enabled improvements in operations.

Based in Dubai or willing to relocate, you will oversee regional performance, incident management, and launches, reporting to regional and global leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations leadership in financial services, fintech, payments or another regulated environment.
• Experience building and leading operations teams.
• Direct experience as an operations contact for a regulator.
• Track record of delivering through global functions you do not manage.
• Experience with operational KPIs, incident coordination and launch readiness.
• Clear communication with senior leaders, and based in Dubai or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen the Dubai operations team and support it day to day.
• Agree global strategy with the Global Head of Operations and deliver it locally.
• Act as the main operations contact for the regulator; work with the General Manager and Compliance to translate local requirements into actions.
• Coordinate delivery across global functions, agreeing service expectations, handovers and escalation routes.
• Own regional performance; investigate service gaps and coordinate fixes with accountable teams.
• Coordinate the regional side of incidents and prepare operations for launches and major changes.
• Manage service dependencies, including vendors, and drive AI/automation improvements with global process owners.
• Report clearly to regional and global leaders and escalate when more authority or resources are needed.
