Job summary

Capital Com SV Investments Limited in Dubai seeks a Senior Operations Manager to lead and scale Dubai operations as we move AI and automation into core processes.

You will build and mentor the local team, align with global strategy, coordinate with regulators, and drive performance across incident management, launches, and vendor dependencies, reporting to regional and global leaders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations leadership in financial services, fintech, payments or another regulated environment.
• Experience building and leading operations teams.
• Direct experience as an operations contact for a regulator.
• Track record of delivering through global functions you do not manage.
• Clear communication with senior leaders; based in Dubai or willing to relocate.

We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to lead Capital com s operations in Dubai as we move most of our operations onto AI and automation You will build and strengthen the Dubai operations team and support it day to day You ll agree global strategy with the Global Head of Operations and deliver it locally and you ll be the main person responsible for operations in front of the regulator Much of the work means coordinating across global functions so local needs are met from regional performance and incidents to launch readiness You ll work closely with the General Manager Compliance and global operations leadership and you ll be a key player in bringing AI into how operations run locally

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen the Dubai operations team and support it day to day
• Agree global strategy with the Global Head of Operations and deliver it locally
• Act as the main operations contact for the regulator
• Work with the General Manager and Compliance to turn local requirements into operational actions
• Coordinate delivery across global functions agreeing service expectations handovers and escalation routes
• Own regional performance
• Investigate service gaps separate local issues from wider process problems and agree fixes with accountable teams
• Coordinate the regional side of incidents and prepare operations for launches and major changes escalating gaps before launch decisions
• Manage service dependencies including vendors and drive improvements including AI and automation with global process owners
• Report clearly to regional and global leaders and escalat what needs more authority or resources
