Capital.com is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead Dubai operations, working with the Global Head of Operations to implement a unified strategy and liaise with regulators. You will build and mentor the Dubai team, coordinate with global functions, and drive AI-enabled improvements in operations.

Based in Dubai or willing to relocate, you will oversee regional performance, incident management, and launches, reporting to regional and global leadership.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in operations leadership in financial services, fintech, payments or another regulated environment.
• Experience building and leading operations teams.
• Direct experience as an operations contact for a regulator.
• Track record of delivering through global functions you do not manage.
• Experience with operational KPIs, incident coordination and launch readiness.
• Clear communication with senior leaders, and based in Dubai or willing to relocate.

Responsabilidades

• Manage service dependencies, including vendors, and drive AI/automation improvements with global process owners.
• Report clearly to regional and global leaders and escalate when more authority or resources are needed.

We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to lead Capital.com's operations in Dubai as we move most of our operations onto AI and automation.

You will build and strengthen the Dubai operations team and support it day to day. You'll agree global strategy with the Global Head of Operations and deliver it locally, and you'll be the main person responsible for operations in front of the regulator. Much of the work means coordinating across global functions so local needs are met, from regional performance and incidents to launch readiness. You'll work closely with the General Manager, Compliance and global operations leadership, and you'll be a key player in bringing AI into how operations run locally.

Responsibilities:

• Build and strengthen the Dubai operations team and support it day to day
• Agree global strategy with the Global Head of Operations and deliver it locally
• Act as the main operations contact for the regulator. Work with the General Manager and Compliance to turn local requirements into operational actions
• Coordinate delivery across global functions, agreeing service expectations, handovers and escalation routes
• Own regional performance. Investigate service gaps, separate local issues from wider process problems, and agree fixes with accountable teams
• Coordinate the regional side of incidents and prepare operations for launches and major changes, escalating gaps before launch decisions
• Manage service dependencies, including vendors, and drive improvements, including AI and automation, with global process owners
• Report clearly to regional and global leaders, and escalated what needs more authority or resources

Requirements:

Nice to have:

• Experience in brokerage, trading platforms or digital banking
• Knowledge of the UAE regulatory environment
