Job summary

Fospe Software Pvt Ltd. in Dubai seeks an experienced IT Support Engineer for an onsite role, to manage local IT infrastructure, security, and everyday operations.

You will deploy and maintain servers, networks, and endpoints, enforce cybersecurity policies, and support staff with hardware, software, and cloud services including Microsoft 365 and Azure.

Ability to work 100% onsite in Dubai, 3+ years of relevant experience, and strong English communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional IT support experience.
• Experience maintaining hardware and managing security policies.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS administration.
• Familiar with cloud environments including Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage, deploy, and maintain local corporate IT systems, server infrastructure, and office networks including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Oversee directory services, access management, and user provisioning across Active Directory, Entra ID / Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace.
• Execute routine system updates, patch management, local data backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Perform physical setup, diagnostic troubleshooting, repair, and lifecycle management for workstations, laptops, servers, printers, and peripheral hardware.
• Procure, inventory, and configure new hardware equipment in line with corporate IT standards.
• Serve as the primary onsite technical point of contact for complex Tier 2 and Tier 3 hardware and system issues.
• Deploy and monitor endpoint security solutions including EDR, antivirus, firewalls, MFA, and VPNs.
• Conduct routine security audit checks, vulnerability assessments, and sign-in/access log monitoring.
• Rapidly investigate local security alerts, mitigate threats, and support compliance with company data protection policies.
