Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel reservations or a similar role.
• Arabic-speaking with good English communication skills.
• Strong reservations skills and experience with hotel reservation systems.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional phone etiquette and receptionist duties experience.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and rate management.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications.
• On-site in Dubai and ability to work under pressure.
• Experience dealing with hotels, suppliers, and clients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle hotel reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
• Check availability and prepare offers with best rates.
• Update reservation systems and coordinate with hotels and internal teams to secure rates and conditions.
• Provide courteous customer service and respond to client requests and changes.
• Resolve booking issues and maintain accurate records of all reservations.
