Job summary

Ennismore is seeking a professional Reservations Agent for the Dubai hotel. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling inquiries and booking arrangements with a focus on accuracy and guest satisfaction.

You will manage reservations across leisure, business, and group segments, aiming to upsell services while maintaining detailed records in the Property Management System. Collaboration with other departments is essential to meet guest expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in Reservations or Sales, preferably hospitality.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages a plus (Russian, Turkish).
• Professional telephone etiquette and strong written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Opera PMS and MS Office applications.
• Typing speed around 40 words per minute.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to all room reservation inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
• Efficiently book accommodations for guests across leisure, business, and group segments.
• Accurately record all reservation information in the PMS.
• Upsell room types and services to maximize revenue.
• Provide details about the property, amenities, and local attractions in the UAE.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet guest requests and requirements.
• Handle changes, cancellations, and special requests with a customer-centric approach.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room availability, rates, and promotions.
• Assist in resolving guest complaints and contribute to service improvements.
