Job summary

Rocky Real Estate seeks an experienced Sales Manager to drive Dubai off-plan and exclusive development sales, building relationships with channel partners, brokers, investors and high-net-worth clients. You will own the full sales cycle from enquiry through negotiation to completion, exceed targets in a competitive market, and collaborate with marketing to maximise lead generation and market intelligence.

Qualifications

3+ years' experience in Dubai real estate sales.
Experience with a developer or exclusive project sales agency would be highly advantageous
An established network of channel partners, brokers, investors and high-net-worth clients
A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market, including current off-plan trends, pricing and buyer demand
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and closing skills
Commercially minded, proactive and confident in developing new business opportunities
Strong organisational skills and experience managing a sales pipeline through CRM systems
Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Fluent English is essential; additional language skills are advantageous

Responsibilities

Drive sales activity and take responsibility for achieving agreed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, investors and high-net-worth individuals
Manage the full sales journey from initial enquiry and prospecting through to negotiation, closing and completion
Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase project exposure and generate additional sales
Work closely with the marketing and in-house teams to maximise lead generation and conversion
Provide clients and channel partners with accurate information regarding availability, pricing, payment plans and the development
Maintain an active and well-managed sales pipeline, ensuring all client activity is accurately recorded within the CRM
Monitor competing developments, pricing, market activity and buyer demand to provide valuable market intelligence
Attend property exhibitions, networking events and international roadshows
Consistently deliver an exceptional client experience while achieving and exceeding agreed sales targets
