Job summary

Seatrium Limited in Dubai seeks a Business Development Manager to lead the Marketing team, supporting the Keppel O&M Group and customers in line with group objectives. You will steer tender responses, build and nurture client relationships, monitor industry trends, and craft growth strategies while managing the department budget and training programs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering/Business/Marketing.
• 8+ years of marketing experience in a management role.
• Strong understanding of industry, market conditions and company’s present conditions.
• Strong business and commercial acumen.
• Good understanding of contractual matters.
• Good technical knowledge of rigs, ships and offshore platforms.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Marketing team to serve the business unit, the Keppel O&M Group and customers in line with group business objectives and commitments.
• Lead the marketing team to respond to tender bids, enquiries and contract review activities with customers.
• Develop and foster working relationships with potential customers and strengthen client relations with existing customers.
• Monitor industry trends and developments to explore and exploit business opportunities.
• Develop business strategies to spearhead future growth by identifying and evaluating new market potential and opportunities.
• Responsible for Marketing Department operational budget and training programmes.
• Manage the career development and training of the marketing team.
