Qualifications

• 8+ years of marketing experience in a management position
• Strong business and commercial acumen
• Good understanding of contractual matters
• Good technical knowledge of rigs, ships and offshore platforms
• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Able to travel at short notice

Responsibilities

• Lead the Marketing team to serve the business unit and customers per group objectives.
• Respond to tender bids, enquiries and contract reviews with customers.
• Develop working relationships with potential customers and strengthen client relations with existing customers.
• Monitor industry trends to identify and exploit business opportunities.
• Develop business strategies to spearhead future growth by identifying new market potential.
• Manage the Marketing Department budget and training programmes.
• Oversee career development and training of the marketing team.
