Sea & Beyond in Dubai is seeking an experienced Sales / Business Development professional to drive growth in the Indian maritime market, focusing on marine spare parts supply and technical services. The role requires 5–10 years of relevant experience and an established network of industry contacts.

You will identify new opportunities, acquire customers, manage key accounts, and lead end‑to‑end sales activities while coordinating with international teams.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in sales or business development within the maritime, shipping, shipbuilding, or marine industry.
• Strong understanding of the Indian maritime market and established network of industry contacts.
• Experience in acquiring customers, managing accounts, and closing deals in a marine context.
• Willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE and coordinate with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers in the Indian maritime market through market research, lead generation, and business development.
• Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to expand market presence and achieve objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers across maritime and shipping sectors.
• Identify new sales opportunities for marine spare parts, technical services, and other marine solutions.
• Manage customer accounts and support commercial negotiations to secure new business.
• Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and sales reports aligned with customer requirements.
• Manage and track the sales pipeline, leads, inquiries, opportunities, and progress.
• Coordinate with headquarters and internal departments regarding sales performance and requirements.
