Job summary

Fendi in Dubai seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to recruit top candidates across the Middle East, focusing on luxury retail teams. You will partner with Store Managers to assess needs and deliver solutions aligned with Fendi's high recruitment standards.

You will also act as the Brand ambassador for external candidates, promoting the employer brand and ensuring Fendi identity is reflected in all interactions.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in recruiting talents, preferably in luxury retail.
• Bachelor’s degree in humanistic subjects and/or specialisation in Human Resources management.
• English and Arabic are mandatory, other languages would be a plus.
• Ability to understand and apply brand standards and values in every task performed.
• Ability to work under strict deadlines and pressure, always maintaining accuracy and priority setting.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service orientation at all levels.
• Ability to deal with confidential information.
• Solid analytical skills.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment process for luxury retail positions within the retail network through direct search, job posting and cooperation with recruitment agencies.
• Manage interns and temporary workers recruitment to create a future talent pool.
• Define clear timelines and update stakeholders on recruitment progress.
• Build and maintain a talent database with proactive search for future needs.
• Support local HR Managers in special recruiting projects such as temporary stores, new openings and retail events.
• Maximise recruitment tools to target the relevant audience with regular updates and follow up.
• Publish every job vacancy and provide candidate feedback via company tools or partners.
• Keep recruitment progress reports up to date with relevant details.
• Support market talent mapping by compiling dedicated reports.
• Handle recruiting department administrative activities (travel expenses, invoices, interview organization).
• Collaborate with all departments to ensure quick hiring and smooth induction.
