Job summary

Fendi Ambassador role within LVMH in Abu Dhabi delivers a premium luxury shopping experience. You will drive upselling across product categories, nurture high-value client relationships, and manage CRM campaigns while ensuring impeccable store operations and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Retail Fashion, including 2+ years in luxury sales
• Menswear expertise
• Strong selling and communication skills are necessary
• Fluent English; other languages a plus

Responsibilities

• Engage in upselling, cross selling and multiple selling for all product categories
• Monitor individual sales and achieve performance targets
• Provide customer feedback on products, especially newly launched items
• Strengthen customer relations and nurture Fendi customer base using CRM tools
• Implement CRM campaigns and set up one-on-one appointments
• Operate Sales Management system for stock, payments, and customer data
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist stock takes
