Job summary

Fendi in Dubai seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to recruit top candidates across the Middle East, focusing on luxury retail teams. You will partner with Store Managers to assess needs and deliver solutions aligned with Fendi's high recruitment standards.

You will also act as the Brand ambassador for external candidates, promoting the employer brand and ensuring Fendi identity is reflected in all interactions.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in recruiting talents, preferably in luxury retail.
• Bachelor’s degree in humanistic subjects and/or specialisation in Human Resources management.
• English and Arabic are mandatory, other languages would be a plus.
• Ability to understand and apply brand standards and values in every task performed.
• Ability to work under strict deadlines and pressure, always maintaining accuracy and priority setting.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service orientation at all levels.
• Ability to deal with confidential information.
• Solid analytical skills.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment process for luxury retail positions within the retail network through direct search, job posting and cooperation with recruitment agencies.
• Manage interns and temporary workers recruitment to create a future talent pool.
• Define clear timelines and update stakeholders on recruitment progress.
• Build and maintain a talent database with proactive search for future needs.
• Support local HR Managers in special recruiting projects such as temporary stores, new openings and retail events.
• Maximise recruitment tools to target the relevant audience with regular updates and follow up.
• Publish every job vacancy and provide candidate feedback via company tools or partners.
• Keep recruitment progress reports up to date with relevant details.
• Support market talent mapping by compiling dedicated reports.
• Handle recruiting department administrative activities (travel expenses, invoices, interview organization).
• Collaborate with all departments to ensure quick hiring and smooth induction.

Talent Acquisition Specialist - FENDI Middle East

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for recruiting the best candidates across the Middle East area, focusing your activities on retail teams.

You will constantly work with Store Managers and Retail Managers analysing recruiting needs and providing solutions aligned with the company high standards in terms of recruitment quality at all levels.

You will act as a key contact and Ambassador of the Brand for external candidates making sure that FENDI identity and DNA are always represented at their best as well as employer branding is continuously enhanced and promoted.

You will be part of the Middle East Human Resources team reporting to the HR Manager FENDI Middle East.

Main Responsibilities

• Effectively lead the recruitment process for luxury retail positions within the retail network through direct search, job posting and cooperation with recruitment agencies;
• Manage the interns and temporary workers recruitment, making sure to create a solid base for our future pool of talents;
• Manage stakeholder expectations by defining clear timelines and updating them regularly on recruitment progress status;
• Build and maintain a talent database through a continuous proactive search, anticipating future needs while addressing open positions;
• Support local HR Managers in special recruiting projects needs such as temporary stores, new openings and retail events;
• Maximise the company recruiting tools in order to effectively target the relevant audience ensuring also regular updates, monitoring and follow up;
• Make sure that every job vacancy is published and take care of giving each candidate a feedback either directly or through the company tools and/or partners;
• Ensure that recruitment progress reports are kept up to date and completed with relevant details;
• Support the market talent mapping activity by compiling dedicated reports;
• Manage the recruiting department administrative activities (candidates’ travel expenses, invoices, job interviews organisation);
• Constantly work with all the company departments to ensure a quick and efficient hiring process and induction for the selected candidates.
