Property Network in Dubai seeks a dynamic real estate executive to source, market, and close sales and rental transactions across Dubai's secondary market. You will generate leads, conduct property viewings, and manage end-to-end client relationships with landlords, buyers, tenants, and investors.

You will meet targets, maintain accurate listings, and ensure compliance with RERA and Dubai Land Department rules while building a strong market presence.

Qualifications

• Experience in Dubai's secondary market or rental sector is advantageous.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of Dubai real estate market, communities, prices, and rental trends.
• Ability to generate leads, build a client database, and close transactions.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, able to work independently or in a team.
• Proficiency in property portals, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred; access to a vehicle.
• RERA certification preferred; willing to complete requirements if needed.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Source, list, and market residential and commercial properties for sale and rent across Dubai.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, landlords, buyers, tenants, and investors.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, portals, social media, and BD activities.
• Conduct property viewings, client meetings, and site visits to present suitable properties.
• Manage secondary market sales transactions: listings, negotiations, documentation, and coordination.
• Handle rental transactions: viewings, negotiations, tenancy agreements, renewals.
• Provide clients with market insights, valuations, yields, and investment opportunities.
• Negotiate sales prices, rental terms, and commission agreements to close deals.
• Coordinate with landlords, buyers, sellers, tenants, mortgage consultants, conveyancers, and others.
• Maintain accurate property listings, client databases, viewing schedules, and transaction records.
• Ensure compliance with RERA, Dubai Land Department requirements, and company policies.
• Meet monthly sales, leasing, lead-generation, and business development targets.
• Develop long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain professional market presence and represent Property Network with integrity.
