Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager/Team Leader in Dubai's secondary real estate market.
• Track record of successful secondary-market transactions and revenue generation.
• Ability to recruit, motivate, and develop a team of agents.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s property market and its communities.
• Established network of property owners, investors, buyers, and industry contacts.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of secondary-market property consultants to achieve targets.
• Recruit, develop, and retain experienced real estate agents.
• Drive secondary-market sales across apartments, villas, townhouses, and luxury properties in Dubai.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase listings, generate leads, and maximise conversions.
• Maintain relationships with property owners, investors, buyers, and key stakeholders.
• Coach, mentor, and train the team to improve performance and closings.
