Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate sales management, ideally in luxury residential developments or high-end property markets.
• Strong skills in sales strategy, pipeline management, target setting, and performance monitoring.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships, conduct high-quality presentations, and lead negotiations with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with marketing teams on campaigns, events, and digital promotion to support sales objectives.
• Solid understanding of the Dubai real estate market, property regulations, and competitive landscape.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Russian) are an advantage.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including coaching, motivating, and developing sales teams.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in CRM systems and standard office software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and maintain a client-centric, professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate sales activities for Segrex’s luxury residential developments in Dubai.
• Manage a sales team, set sales targets, and monitor performance to meet revenue goals.
• Develop and execute sales strategies; build and maintain relationships with buyers, brokers and partners.
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations; ensure high standard of client service throughout the sales cycle.
