Job summary

SOL Properties invites an experienced Property Sales Manager to lead premium residential sales in Dubai. You will engage high-net-worth clients, present our exclusive listings, and guide buyers from initial consultation to closing with a focus on trust and a seamless buying experience.

You will coordinate with internal teams, keep abreast of market trends, and represent the company at roadshows and private tours while aiming to exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of experience in residential real estate sales.
• Proven track record in high-ticket property transactions.
• Familiarity with the UAE/GCC market; international exposure is a plus.
• Experience with high-net-worth clientele and premium segments.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new clients through referrals, digital platforms, and networking.
• Present properties, highlighting lifestyle, investment value, and design features.
• Guide clients through every step of the sales process.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, pricing, and upcoming launches.
• Prepare offers, contracts, and coordinate with teams on documentation and payment plans.
• Ensure all transactions comply with internal policies and legal requirements.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Represent SOL at roadshows, exhibitions, and private tours.
• Support clients after sale to ensure satisfaction and long-term trust.
