ERC International Human Resources Consultancies in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Sales Manager to lead the real estate sales function in Dubai, driving revenue growth and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, excellent communication, and a deep knowledge of the local market, with proven success in building client relationships and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
• Proven experience as Sales Manager in real estate.
• Experience in property sales, client acquisition, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Experience leading a sales team.
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales objectives.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• CRM systems and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue and sales targets.
• Lead, motivate, train, and manage the real estate sales team.
• Monitor individual and team performance and ensure sales targets and KPIs are achieved.
• Generate new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential buyers, investors, and clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and property presentations to negotiation and closing deals.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure a high level of customer service.
• Conduct property presentations, viewings, and meetings with prospective clients.
• Stay updated on real estate market trends, property prices, competitors, and investment opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for senior management.
• Develop relationships with brokers, real estate agencies, developers, and other business partners.
• Support marketing initiatives and campaigns to generate qualified leads.
• Handle negotiations and ensure contracts and sales documentation are completed accurately.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant real estate regulations.
