Four Seasons Dubai at Jumeirah Beach is seeking a guest-focused team member for our luxury dining outlets. You will work with a passionate team to deliver exceptional service across the dining experience.

Qualifications

• One to two years’ previous experience in Food & Beverage outlet; previous employment experience within a luxury Hotels is considered an asset
• Ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide exceptional dining service with the team of servers
• Manage the host stand, review reservations, and guide table setups
• Ensure dining area cleanliness and verify each table is set properly
• Develop working knowledge of menus, ingredients, and restaurant information
