Job summary

RTC-1 Employment Services seeks a Front Stage Agent for a prestigious 5-star hotel in Dubai. You will manage check-ins/outs, registrations, room assignments, and payments, delivering efficient and welcoming front desk service.

Responsibilities include handling reservations, inquiries, billing, and special requests, while coordinating with Reservations, Housekeeping, Concierge and Guest Relations to ensure seamless arrivals and departures. Upselling hotel upgrades and services is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience as Front Desk Agent or similar in upscale hotels.
• Fluent in Russian, Mandarin or Arabic; strong English speaking/writing.
• Proficient with hotel PMS for reservations, registration and billing.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest check-ins/outs, room assignments, registrations and payments with accuracy.
• Manage reservations, guest inquiries, billing concerns and special requests.
• Coordinate with Reservations, Housekeeping, Concierge and Guest Relations for smooth service delivery.
• Promote room upgrades and hotel amenities through upselling while maintaining guest satisfaction.
