Job summary

RTC-1 Employment Services is recruiting a Front Stage Supervisor for a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in Dubai. You will oversee daily Front Office operations, ensuring seamless guest service and efficient shift handovers, while mentoring Front Stage Agents to maintain luxury standards.

Requirements include 2-3 years in a high-end hotel front desk, supervisory experience, and fluency in Russian, Mandarin Chinese, or Arabic with strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years front office experience in 4- or 5-star hotels
• Experience leading front desk teams or supervisory roles
• Fluency in Russian, Mandarin Chinese, or Arabic; strong English skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Front Office operations including guest arrivals/departures, room allocations, cashiering and shift handovers
• Lead, coach and support Front Stage Agents; monitor team performance and coordinate shifts
• Handle VIP arrivals, escalated guest complaints, complex service requests and recovery actions
• Monitor room availability, billing accuracy, upselling opportunities and Opera PMS transactions with Reservations and Housekeeping
