Job summary

Driven Properties is seeking a dedicated Commercial Property Consultant to guide clients in the Dubai market through leasing decisions and investment opportunities. You will conduct market research, analyze property options, and manage end-to-end leasing processes while building relationships with landlords, investors, and developers.

The role requires a real estate or related degree, 3+ years in commercial real estate, excellent communication, and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate advisory/brokerage
• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai commercial real estate market
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret market data and financial reports
• Proficiency in MS Office and real estate software/platforms
• Strong work ethic and commitment to providing outstanding client service

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in identifying their commercial real estate needs and provide tailored solutions
• Conduct market research and property inspections to evaluate and recommend suitable commercial properties
• Manage end-to-end leasingprocess including negotiations, lease drafting, and coordinating with legal teams
• Develop and maintain relationships with landlords, investors, and developers to facilitate transactions
• Prepare market analysis, reports, and presentations to inform clients about trends and opportunities
• Guide clients on financial considerations, including leasing options, operating costs, and investment returns
• Utilize CRM systems to track client interactions and manage leads
• Stay updated on zoning laws, market changes, and emerging trends affecting decisions
