Job summary

Panerai Boutique Dubai is seeking a passionate, dynamic sales associate to join a professional team in Dubai, UAE. The role focuses on promoting the brand image, meeting monthly sales objectives, and delivering an exclusive customer experience aligned with brand guidelines. Reports to the Boutique Manager.

The position emphasizes luxury service, CRM engagement, inventory control, and collaboration with head office and Richemont Customer service Center to ensure exceptional after-sales support.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a luxury service oriented environment.
• Excellent organisation, presentation and communication skills.
• Customer focused with an understanding of service and customer priorities.
• Strong attention to detail with multitasking ability.
• Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English; a second language is advantageous.
• Proven experience in a luxury environment.

Responsibilities

• Private viewing with VIP clients.
• Receiving new products – checking & tagging.
• Handling discount or gratuity requests or other sales actions in the context of the policy defined by the Brand and Finance department.
• Cash & Invoicing; Store opening & closing responsibilities as required.
• Follow security procedures in the boutique; Timely sales reporting.
• After Sales Service: providing a high level of follow-on repairs with Head office coordination.
