Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in data entry, administration, logistics documentation, or a similar position.
• Excellent typing speed with high accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and database applications.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain company and logistics data in databases, ERP systems, and spreadsheets.
• Verify information from invoices, shipment documents, delivery notes, and other records before data entry.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, customers, inventory, transportation, and freight activities.
• Review entered information for errors, inconsistencies, or missing details.
• Correct data discrepancies and coordinate with relevant departments when clarification is required.
• Prepare spreadsheets, reports, summaries, and other data-related documents for management.
• Organize and maintain digital and physical records for easy retrieval.
• Assist logistics and administrative teams with routine data processing tasks.
