Job summary

Asico Real Estate Llc. in Dubai seeks a Leasing Manager to lead the leasing department, maximize occupancy, and drive rental income. You will manage a team of Leasing Consultants, develop strategies, oversee listings, and ensure a superior landlord and tenant experience.

You will maintain relationships with property owners, monitor market trends with a strong focus on RERA regulations and DLD compliance, and report performance weekly to owners and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Dubai real estate experience.
• At least 2 years in a leadership or managerial leasing role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income.
• Recruit, train, coach, and manage Leasing Consultants; set targets.
• Oversee the complete leasing cycle from inquiry to contract execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, investors, and corporate clients.
• Coordinate with marketing to promote properties and monitor listings.
• Ensure compliance with RERA, DLD, Ejari, AML, and company policies.
• Prepare weekly and monthly leasing reports; analyze KPIs and market trends.
