Asico is hiring a Leasing Manager in Dubai to lead the leasing department, drive occupancy, and maximize leasing revenue. You will manage a team, secure exclusive mandates, and ensure a superior landlord and tenant experience.

You will oversee leasing operations, marketing coordination, and compliance with DLD and RERA. Strong leadership, market insight, and client management are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, marketing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Dubai real estate experience.
• At least 2 years in a leadership or managerial leasing role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the leasing department to maximize occupancy and rental income.
• Manage Leasing Consultants and set team targets.
• Oversee end-to-end leasing cycle from inquiry to contract.
• Maintain strong landlord and tenant relationships with compliance focus.
• Coordinate marketing and listings with branding and portals.
• Prepare regular leasing performance reports and analysis.
