Job summary

Asico Real Estate Llc is looking for an experienced real estate leasing professional in Dubai. The role involves leasing of company-managed properties, handling client interactions, and achieving monthly targets.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of relevant experience, strong negotiation skills, and a good understanding of the Dubai real estate market. A valid UAE driving license is also preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year proven experience in real estate leasing.
• Experience in PM properties and/or secondary market preferred.
• Knowledge of local real estate market (Dubai preferred).
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle leasing and sales of secondary market properties.
• Qualify prospective tenants and understand their requirements.
• Negotiate rental terms between landlord and tenant.
