Job summary

Atlantis Resorts in Dubai is seeking a highly skilled Kitchen Technician - Refrigeration Equipment to inspect, troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain commercial kitchen appliances and refrigeration systems within a luxury resort.

The role demands extensive hands-on experience with electrical and gas-powered kitchen machinery, preventive and condition-based maintenance, wiring controls, piping, compressors, and equipment diagnostics in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Trade school qualification or equivalent technical education.
• Minimum 6 years of facilities maintenance experience in hospitality.
• Experience with commercial kitchen and refrigeration equipment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and repair commercial kitchen and refrigeration equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance per manuals.
• Install new kitchen and refrigeration equipment as required.
• Respond to emergency maintenance and document issues.
