Job summary

Cohere is seeking an IT Support Specialist in Dubai to anchor regional IT operations for internal staff, delivering white‑glove technical support and managing core identity, collaboration platforms, and SaaS systems.

You will bridge traditional helpdesk with modern systems engineering, using automation and DevOps practices to streamline user lifecycles and keep the workforce secure and efficient.

Qualifications

• English proficiency required.
• 3-7 years in help desk or internal IT support.
• Experience with Okta and Google Workspace.
• MDM platforms such as Iru and Intune experience.
• Networking basics and UniFi/Ubiquiti familiarity a plus.
• Experience with Slack and Microsoft 365.
• Strong written and spoken English; ability to explain issues clearly.
• Patient, helpful, solutions‑oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for internal employees via ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot workstation, laptop, mobile, and basic network issues for onsite and remote staff.
• Provide calm support during high‑priority incidents and document resolutions.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding workflows with secure access provisioning.
• Build and maintain support procedures and knowledge base articles.
• Partner with business units as a go‑to IT contact across the organization.
• Assist with device setup for new hires and day‑one readiness.
• Track hardware inventory and coordinate replacements and repairs.
• Support password resets, MFA, email, and productivity tools.
• Provide on‑site support for printers and meeting‑room tech.
