Qualifications

• Experience in standalone IT support within a modern office.
• Familiar with ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS frameworks.
• Hands-on with Jamf, Jira, Okta and Google Workspace.
• Apple hardware management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• IT Helpdesk & Ticketing: manage day-to-day support using Jira Service Management.
• SaaS Access Management: control access to organization SaaS.
• Device & Asset Management: admin for MDM (Jamf) and asset inventory.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: end-to-end IT lifecycle for Dubai employees.
• AV & Collaboration Systems: manage and troubleshoot meeting tech in Dubai office.
• Vendor & Supplier Relations: engage with local hardware/software vendors.
• Network & ISP Management: manage local office network; liaison with Etisalat.
• Documentation: create and maintain IT runbooks and self-service guides.
