Job summary

Intertec Softwares in Dubai seeks a seasoned Technical Manager to lead our IT Infrastructure team, combining hands-on Microsoft 365, Azure/Oracle Cloud, On Prem Server, and network architecture expertise with strong leadership.

You will drive operational excellence, manage escalations, ensure regulatory and contractual compliance, mentor the team, and align infrastructure with business goals through SIPs and digital transformation.

Qualifications

10 years of IT experience with leadership in infrastructure.
Graduate qualification.
Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration and cloud platforms.
ItIL Foundation/Intermediate knowledge.

Responsibilities

Lead large, complex IT infrastructure environments with focus on scalability, security and performance.
Provide strategic direction and oversight of infrastructure technologies including M365, cloud platforms and networks.
Must have hands-on experience with Microsoft 365.
Ensure system reliability and drive continuous improvement.
Drive and manage technical escalations, coordinate resolution across teams and vendors.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, SLAs and regulatory requirements.
Lead, mentor and develop an infrastructure team and drive SIPs for service improvement.
Align infrastructure strategies with business objectives and lead digital transformation.
