- Experience managing and supporting network infrastructure and servers.
- Proficient in Windows and/or Linux server environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of security best practices and incident response.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connectivity.
- Manage servers, AD, DNS, DHCP, and group policy.
- Configure and monitor firewall security and security appliances.
- Support printers and peripheral devices on network.
- Provide Level 1–3 technical support to users.
