Job summary

Al Manarah Insurance Services, a Dubai Branch of Chedid Capital Group, seeks an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business, manage a strong sales pipeline, and deliver tailored insurance solutions focused on SMEs. You will analyze client needs, design suitable programs, and lead negotiations to close deals.

Responsibilities include pipeline maintenance, monthly progress reporting, market analysis, and ensuring policy adherence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sales in UAE or GCC markets in General and Medical Insurance.

Responsibilities

Introduce new leads and convert them into prospects and clients.
Analyze prospects and clients’ needs and requirements.
Design and propose suitable insurance programs and solutions.
Lead negotiations and ensure successful deal closing.
Cross-sell additional and new lines of business to existing prospects and clients.
Manage and maintain a personal pipeline of leads and prospects.
Provide monthly reporting on pipeline development and business progress.
Understand the domestic insurance market, pricing comparisons, and claims handling.
Stay updated on global insurance developments and assess impact on the domestic market.
Implement policies and procedures in line with company standards.
Contribute to reports for management and business tracking.
Coach and support team members to ensure optimal performance (where applicable).
