Job summary

Consulture Search Limited is seeking a Business Development Manager for SME-focused insurance opportunities in Abu Dhabi. The role centers on identifying new SME clients, converting prospects into profitable accounts, and building long-term partnerships with business owners and decision-makers.

You will work with underwriting and technical teams to tailor commercial insurance solutions, maintain CRM records, and drive revenue growth while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• UAE insurance market experience is required.
• 23 years experience in insurance business development, sales or account management.
• Experience with SME and commercial insurance clients.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop SME opportunities across Abu Dhabi market.
• Build pipeline through direct prospecting, referrals, networking and market engagement.
• Manage opportunities through full sales cycle from engagement to conversion.
• Develop and maintain relationships with SME owners and key decision-makers.
• Support development of commercial insurance solutions with underwriting and technical teams.
• Maintain CRM records and provide accurate pipeline forecasts.
